About QTU

Built in 2005, with an average of 8.2 million visitors per year, QTU is the most beloved shopping center for Albanians and the first of its kind to open in our country. On December 13, 2018, the mall unveiled its new dimensions to the public, with public spaces and services fully reconceptualized to better align with consumer trends and to create a new shopping experience.

After a €15 million restoration program and 12 months of intensive work, a new interior design, new brands, and new services were introduced to the public for the first time. The mega retail structure underwent a complete reconstruction and restyling, presenting a fully renewed environment with more space, increased natural light, a higher number of stores, and expanded entertainment options — from the Cineplexx cinema to the children’s play area, which is unique and the largest in the region.
